How will meals be served?

All conference meals will be buffet-style so that we can offer more options and variety for everyone. The other option was a set menu which would only allow for two options.

Will attendees be able to receive CEUs and other credits for attending the conference? 

​

YES! The CA Users Conference has been approved to offer the following 1.3 CEUs, 13 Business Manager Hours, 10 SEMIs, and/or 1 OSL. To receive your credits, you will need to make sure to get your badge scanned after each session attended and turn in a Request Form after the conference and email to Stephanie Lass (slass@centralaccess.net).  All Credit Request forms will be located at the Conference Registration Desk. 

What will seating be like in the dining area?

The ballroom accommodates 678 people for meals. We will be at full capacity. We will have staff available to assist people in locating seats. If you see someone looking for a seat, please invite them to join your table if you have seating available. We had considered having set seating but realized that just a few people not sitting at their designated tables would cause issues. CA and Beau Rivage Staff will try to assist to make sure everyone is able to be seated.

Can we move the conference somewhere else each year? 

​

The Beau Rivage is one of the only venues in the state that accommodates the size of conference space we need, as well as the number of hotel rooms we need. 

What happens if I'm unable to attend and am registered?​

​

Please contact Stephanie Lass slass@centralaccess.net to cancel your registration if you are not able to attend. We have a waitlist and would like to accommodate those who can attend. Additionally, those registered who do not show up will be billed the full registration fee.

 

NOTE: Please be sure to contact the hotel to cancel your room if you are unable to attend.

Will there be coffee in the conference area?

​

YES! For the first time, we will make coffee available in the conference lobby area on Thursday and Friday mornings. 

Will my badge be required throughout the conference?​​

​

Yes! In years past, we have had people come into the conference area from the casino and attempt to go through the buffet lines. Attendee badges will be required anytime you are on the conference floor for this reason.

Can we reserve seats in breakout sessions?​

​

Unfortunately, we are not able to accommodate reserved seating. Your conference fee gives all attendees access to all sessions. Reserving a seat in a session doesn't guarantee that person will still attend the session and then we could end up with many empty seats showing as reserved.
